The Power of Juicing

Get Rid of Impurities and Toxins and Get rid of the Excess Weight too
What you Need:
v  Juicer
there are two main types the first is like the Omega. Great for leafy greens, you will get more juice from them. However, you have to cut everything up into very small pieces to juice more solid fruits and vegetables. Takes longer to juice and costs more. The second juicer option is like the Dash or the Jack Lalanne. These are cheaper and faster to juice. However, you waste a lot of fruit and vegetables especially when you juice leafy greens. I personally would start with the Dash or Jack Lalanne and see if you are really committed to changing your life and ridding your body of toxins and impurities. If you fall in love with juicing shop around for a more high-end juicer at that point.

Quick and Healthy BBQ Chicken Salad

Tips to Staying on Track
*Go shopping for the week (or at least until Wednesday) at the beginning of the week and plan out your 3 meals and 2 snacks for each day. This is setting you up for success. Look at your daily calorie goal and map out your meals and snacks so there is no way you will accidentally go over your goal.

*Prepare your meals the night before in the morning so you know what you are eating for the day. This allows you to control what you put in your body. Nothing worse then being caught out and about starving and being forced to grab fast food or a bag of chips.
