there are two main types the first is like the Omega. Great for leafy
greens, you will get more juice from them. However, you have to cut everything
up into very small pieces to juice more solid fruits and vegetables. Takes
longer to juice and costs more. The second juicer option is like the Dash or
the Jack Lalanne. These are cheaper and faster to juice. However, you waste a
lot of fruit and vegetables especially when you juice leafy greens. I
personally would start with the Dash or Jack Lalanne and see if you are really committed
to changing your life and ridding your body of toxins and impurities. If you
fall in love with juicing shop around for a more high-end juicer at that point.
